Safety and Efficiency at Work!
Another Vacuworx RC10 Vaculift pipelifter going to work. This rental unit was recently installed on a Caterpillar 330 excavator to handle 16 and 24 inch pipe. Installation involves removing the bucket and curl cylinder, connecting two rotator hoses and pinning the lifter to the stick. The whole operation takes only approximately two hours.

Challenger PC-30 Pipecarrier in the mountains utilizing a Hiab 250 handling coated 36" pipe on a very narrow right of way.

A Challenger Welding Pac 308 installed on a Caterpillar D6D. This unit is equipped with four Miller XMT-308 welders, Quincy 390 compressor, 125kVa alternator and front bumper with lead boom and bottle racks. A low frequency shut off is also incorporated into the design to protect all the electrical items. Units can also be built for D7G's, D6R's, pipelayers and other manufacturers.

Challenger PC-350 compressor - two portable compressors heading overseas equipped with a Hatz diesel, Quincy 350 compressor and 120 gallon tank. These units have safety shutdowns, auto idle down and lifting bale. Built with quality components for dependable service.

This is a T-5250 Test Pump equipped with Caterpillar 3306T diesel engine. The capacity ranges from 7800 psi @ 36.5 gpm to 4200 psi @ 68 gpm. Shown with optional all weather hood.

24-48 Welding House for Mild or Arctic Conditions. Houses shown with arctic options including dual 15kV heaters, side radiant heaters, exhaust fan, complete insulation and four personnel doors for easy access and safety.
